I create primarily because of the way it makes me feel. I am moved by an inspiration or vision, a story or setting, and have that thought manifest. I dive into the world I am creating.

A piece grows and mutates into its own living creation, one which inspires me, and hopefully others as well. I strive to capture stillness, intensity, power, and peace without judgment, while at the same time evoking emotion.

My art is a celebration of life and the imagination, a homage to the vast, intricate, infinitely complex and simple forms and processes which are at the forefront and subconscious of my reverence for this extraordinary reality. Each work is an expression of gratitude to the source energy which allows me to create.
